Profits are distributed to investors daily according to the plan they chose.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use PROFISTRA. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the use of crypto investment platforms is legal in your jurisdiction.

PROFISTRA operates globally. However, residents of countries where cryptocurrency investment platforms are explicitly prohibited by law are not eligible to use the platform. It is your responsibility to comply with your local regulations before investing.

The easiest way is to use a cryptocurrency exchange such as Binance, Bybit, or OKX. Sign up, complete identity verification, and buy USDT using your credit/debit card or via a local bank transfer. When withdrawing, always select TRC-20 (TRON) network to send USDT to your TronLink wallet.

PROFISTRA requires a TRON-compatible wallet that supports TRC-20 USDT. We recommend TronLink (available as a Chrome extension and iOS/Android app at tronlink.org). Trust Wallet and Bitget Wallet also work. MetaMask is not supported — it does not operate on the TRON network.

TRC-20 is the token standard used for USDT on the TRON blockchain. It is different from ERC-20 (Ethereum) or BEP-20 (BNB Chain). PROFISTRA operates exclusively on TRON because TRC-20 transactions are fast (1–3 minutes) and have very low fees. Always make sure you choose TRC-20 / TRON when sending or receiving USDT — sending on the wrong network results in permanent loss of funds.

Follow these steps:

1. Withdraw from PROFISTRA — go to the Withdraw tab, enter your TronLink TRC-20 address, and submit the request. Our team processes it within minutes.
2. USDT arrives in TronLink — you will see the balance in your TronLink wallet once the on-chain transaction confirms (1–3 min).
3. Send to your exchange — transfer the USDT from TronLink to your deposit address on Binance, Bybit, OKX, or any other exchange that supports local bank withdrawals.
4. Sell & withdraw — sell the USDT for your local currency on the exchange, then withdraw cash directly to your bank account.

PROFISTRA does not charge withdrawal fees — you receive the full amount you request. However, note that: (1) the TRON network charges a small TRX gas fee for on-chain transactions (typically <$1); (2) your exchange may charge a spread or withdrawal fee when selling USDT and transferring to your bank. These are standard third-party costs outside PROFISTRA's control.

PROFISTRA accepts USDT on the TRC-20 network (Tron) only. Please do not send funds from any other network — ERC-20, BEP-20, etc. — as they will not be credited and cannot be recovered.

Deposits are confirmed after 19 network confirmations on the Tron blockchain, which typically takes 1–3 minutes. Once confirmed, your balance updates in real time and you can immediately start or add to an investment plan.

Yes. Each account is assigned a unique, permanent TRC-20 deposit address. You can send multiple deposits to the same address at any time and they will all be credited automatically.

The minimum deposit is determined by the plan you wish to activate. The entry-level plan starts at $50 USDT. There is no maximum deposit limit.

Each plan has a fixed daily ROI percentage. This percentage is applied to your invested principal every 24 hours. Profits accumulate in your available balance continuously and are calculated hourly by the PROFISTRA profit engine.

Yes. You may activate multiple plans simultaneously, including multiple instances of the same plan tier. Each plan runs independently and tracks its own principal and profit schedule.

When a plan reaches its maturity date, the plan is marked complete. The accumulated profits already credited to your balance are yours to withdraw at any time. The original principal is considered consumed by the plan — it is not returned separately as it is already factored into the daily returns.

Navigate to the Withdraw tab in your dashboard. Enter your TRC-20 USDT wallet address and the amount you wish to withdraw. All withdrawals require manual admin review for security purposes and are typically processed within 24 hours.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal is $10 USDT. This threshold exists to cover network fees and ensure operational efficiency.

To protect the integrity of our trading and mining operations, funds invested in an active plan cannot be withdrawn until at least 7 days have elapsed. This lock applies only to the principal within an active plan — previously credited profits are available immediately.

Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours. Once approved, the USDT transfer is sent on-chain and typically arrives in your wallet within minutes. You will receive an in-app notification when the withdrawal is processed.

PROFISTRA uses Firebase Authentication with industry-standard token-based sessions (JWT). Passwords are never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. We also conduct periodic security audits and monitor for suspicious activity.

Never. PROFISTRA support staff will never ask for your password, recovery phrase, or private keys under any circumstances. If you receive such a request, it is a scam. Report it immediately via our official Telegram or email.

Contact us immediately via Telegram or email. We can freeze your account to prevent unauthorised withdrawals while the issue is investigated. Change your email password and enable two-factor authentication on your email provider as well.

Share your unique referral link from the Referral tab in your dashboard. When someone registers using your link and activates an investment plan, you earn 5% of every investment amount they make as an instant commission credited to your balance.

No. There is no cap on referral earnings. You earn 5% on every qualifying investment made by every user you refer — with no limit on the number of referrals or total commission.

Commissions are credited to your balance instantly at the moment your referred user's investment is confirmed. You will receive a notification in your dashboard and the amount is available for withdrawal immediately.

Yes. Referral commissions are deposited into your main balance and can be withdrawn at any time, provided you meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of $10 USDT.
